Grey granite in Tossene.
In Tossene, we quarry the “Grey Bohus Original” granite. The father of Tage Lundgren, one of the present owners, opened the quarry in 1946. The nearest shipping harbour for sea is Lysekil, 35 km away.
Red granite in Skarstad.
In Skarstad, we quarry the “Red Bohus Skarstad” granite. The quarry was started in 1982 by Tage Lundgren. The nearest shipping harbour for sea is Lysekil, 25 km away.
In 2005 Hallindens Granit bought a quarry in Slöinge north of Halmstad. In this quarry we produce a Gneys called Hallandia Svenstorp.
In 2010 Hallindens Granit bought a quarry in Brastad close to Lysekil. In this quarry we produce a fine grained red granite called Red Bohus Brastad (Red Bohus Lander).
